Perfect location steps from Times Square, making it easy to explore. Room was outdated and a bit dirty. Check-in was fast and staff were generally friendly.

The hotel's location is superb, right by Times Square, and the bed was comfortable. However, the lack of amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and food services was disappointing. Additionally, issues with hot water, dirty windows, and outdated rooms detracted from the overall experience. The staff were friendly, though.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, and the meals where fantastic, I appreciated the unbelievable location near to Times Square as well as the bus terminal. It had an in-house restaurant for breakfast. Nothing too much trouble, this was a decent stay at my first venue of my USA trip.

We recently stayed in the area for a business trip and found the hotel's location to be perfect, with easy access to Times Square and various dining options. The spacious rooms and attentive staff made our stay comfortable, despite some minor issues with room maintenance. The hotel's proximity to popular tourist attractions also made it a convenient choice for exploring the city.

We liked every detail about our very very good 4 nights stay here. Our room was functional and beautiful with 2 single beds and the buffet breakfast offered has lots of dishes.

The location was perfect for exploring Times Square. However, the outdated bathrooms were a drawback.

The a double room was air conditioned, included a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. Everything was second to none, yet a few employees were not competent. The buffet breakfast was warm and delicious, lots of options.

Well priced place, had a very nice stay in your awesome Hotel. View to the superior room with the view was nice, the room was stylish and silent. They provided lots of appetising choices for breakfast that was included. It had very central location close to Minskoff Theatre.

The hotel is big and perfectly clean with a nice interior and tasty breakfasts included. The really friendly staff at the reception desk and ticket coordinators for theatre provides an easy check-in.

Just stayed at a hotel near all midtown attractions. Staff were amazing! The room looked worse than in photos, but breakfast was SUPERB! Would choose again.

The location of this hotel is amazing, close to everything a New York City tourist could wish for: Times Square, Broadway theaters, restaurants, and attractions. the staff at the front desk were nice and very friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the room was clean with fresh towels provided daily, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have a quick caffeine fix without having to leave the room.

Unbeatable location, rather spacious, brand-new room and efficient staff. Plenty of food for the buffet breakfast. Lovely hotel located just off the Times Square, Broadway and theatre district. Also, the venue had quick access to A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper. Hot drinks at Irish bar, excellent service. Plus, they provided private parking.

Reasonably clean, good value hotel, its location was magnificent and so close to Times Square, the restaurants and New York from there.

Breathtaking skyline views from huge suites, convenient to top attractions. Perfect for my family with three boys. I truly enjoyed the bustling area with endless activities. The hotel made it effortless to explore Broadway and the city's iconic spots. The staff even helped me secure last-minute theatre tickets. What a delightful way to experience the heart of this vibrant city. A wonderful escape for my brood of boys. Cheers to an unforgettable stay!

The hotel's sports and leisure facilities, including the 24-hour fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art cardio machines, made it convenient for me to stay active during my stay. I also indulged in a rejuvenating deep tissue massage at a nearby spa, which was a welcome treat after a busy day of meetings. the hotel's amenities and recreational options contributed to a truly enjoyable experience.

Everything was spot on.

I chose Millennium for its proximity to Broadway and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent facilities and 5-minute walk to Fifth Avenue. The 24-hour room service and laundry facilities were very convenient. The restaurant's location near Broadway shows made it a hot spot for pre or post theater dining.

Inconsistent room cleanliness and slow drainage in the bathroom.

The baguettes were to die for, a true local gem! The staff were friendly and the check-in process was a breeze. Easy access to popular sights and the subway.

Room lacked the mini refrigerator promised on the website. Air conditioning was too cold, felt like an icebox.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with queen beds available. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being just off Times Square. Nothing, it was perfect.

I loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of everything, close to attractions, restaurants and a subway station. The staff was fabulous, from the doorman Tim to the luggage assistant Ivan, they were all well above great. The room was nice and comfy, with a very comfortable bed. I will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Times Square, right across from the conference venue. the location was incredible, with all the hustle and bustle just moments away. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our rooms on the 23rd floor were adjoining, which made our group of 8 women very happy. It was the best experience we've had in NYC in 18 years of visiting. the room was spacious, especially for New York standards, and the bathroom was roomy too. We would definitely stay here again.
